Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on our U.S. website and delivered within the United States. Orders are fulfilled from U.S. facilities, including through Amazon’s fulfillment network (FBA/MCF).
Order Processing
We process most orders within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
Orders placed after our daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Pre-orders or back-orders will ship when available—estimated ship dates appear at checkout or in your confirmation email.
How We Ship
To get your order to you faster, we may ship from Amazon warehouses or other trusted logistics partners.
Packaging may show Amazon or 3PL branding, but you are always purchasing directly from Topargee.
We select the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.) based on speed and reliability. Some items may ship separately.
Shipping Options & Rates
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on destination, weight/size, and selected speed.
Promotional shipping offers (when available) will be applied at checkout and may be limited to certain destinations or order values.
Estimated Delivery Times
Standard: 3–7 business days after carrier pickup.
Expedited: 2–3 business days (where available).
Some metro areas: delivery in as little as 1–2 days.
Remote areas (AK, HI, Territories) and peak seasons may take longer.
Delivery dates are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and other events may affect timing. We’ll always display the best available “Get it by” estimate at checkout.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. Territories may be limited or require USPS; if we cannot deliver to your address, we will notify you and cancel or request an alternate address.
We do not ship international orders from the U.S. website.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is handed to the carrier (or, for Amazon‑fulfilled shipments, when the carrier accepts the parcel from Amazon).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
When Delivery is Complete
Responsibility for your order passes to you once the carrier accepts the package. When the carrier marks a package “Delivered” at the address provided, the order is considered delivered.
If theft or misplacement occurs, please first check with neighbors/household members. Contact us—we may be able to assist case-by-case, but please note theft after delivery is not covered.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or returns. If you notice an error, contact us immediately—we may be able to correct it before dispatch.
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we may either:
(a) reship after you confirm a correct address (additional charges may apply), or
(b) refund the product price less original shipping and return fees (as allowed by law).
If Something Goes Wrong
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
If tracking stalls or says “Delivered” but you can’t find the package:
– Wait 24–48 hours for possible late scans.
– Check with neighbors or household members.
– Then contact us and the carrier—we’ll assist with next steps.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders fast to get them out quickly. Once placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations, but we’ll do our best if you reach out right away. If we cannot intercept the order, you can follow our Returns process after delivery.
Split Shipments & Substitutions
Items may ship separately as they become available. We may use functionally equivalent packaging or protective materials that differ from product images.
Holidays, Weather & Events Beyond Our Control
Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons or due to weather or other events outside our control. Delivery dates are estimates only.
Returns & Refunds
All returns must be handled directly with Topargee. Amazon cannot process returns for purchases made through our store.
Please contact us first at sales@topargee.com.au with your order number and details of the issue to receive return authorization and the correct return address. Unsolicited returns may be refused or delayed.
Unless otherwise required by U.S. consumer law, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including postage, packaging, and tracking. For full terms, please see our Refund Policy.
