What is your return policy?

Topargee provides a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, excluding clearance products, covering manufacturing faults or defects. Customers should contact Topargee first for troubleshooting and, where required, products may be returned for inspection. If confirmed faulty, a replacement will be arranged.Change-of-mind refunds or exchanges are not accepted. For faults reported and confirmed within 14 days of delivery, Topargee will cover applicable shipping costs to resolve the issue.  After 14 days, the customer is responsible for returning the product to Topargee.Products damaged in transit must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Returns must be securely packaged, sent using a tracked service and the tracking number provided to Topargee on the day of shipment.For international warranty returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs duties and taxes.Read the full return policy
